ACCESSING ONLINE RESOURCES
You can search the library catalog by using the "Search" bar on the ERC home page. There are several search options available. The search will display available titles with a Call Number. (A call number represents an item's subject matter and indicates the location on the shelf where the item can be found). We use the Library of Congress (LC) call number type at the ERC. If you have trouble locating the resources you're looking for, ask ERC staff for help. Since print resources are housed at the De Queen campus, you may call to request resources at another campus.
As a service of the ERC, Kimball Library offers about 10,000 print resources and 85 databases for research. If you have problems finding resources or need help locating material, help is only a phone call or step away. If you happen to be at the De Queen campus, there are several ERC staff members who can help. If you are at another campus or at home and experiencing problems, we are a phone call away. Databases allow 24/7 access to research material, so you can easily find resources from the comfort of your home!
